Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed after payment verification. If an order has not been dispatched, cancellation requests may be considered by our support team. Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method or another method agreed with the customer. UPI payments may require transaction verification before a refund is initiated. Products damaged in transit should be reported promptly with clear photographs and order details. Final approval depends on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.
